We are trying to incorporate an assessment into the automation process for the client onboarding process. The limitations I'm finding are:
- No automated scoring fields. We'd like to be able to average a group of responses (all numerical) to appropriately tag them based on potential.
- Surveys are the closest "assessment" tool within the platform.
- When survey replies are gathered, there's no way to link to the contact record (e.g. in an email notification - click here to view the contact profile), no way to attach or send the link to a submitted file, and no way to neatly and intelligently organize the custom fields we're using to gather data.
While we can make this happen by using outside sources and somewhat bring them back to the platform, it would be awesome to have a one-stop solution to help us better qualify leads and streamline the process overall.
