Affiliate Program -- remove the Tax Information field

It does deter some people from signing up for my affiliate program. Yet, I don't need their tax info at all, since I pay via Paypal and therefore paypal takes care of all the 1099's.

Calvin Correli: +1 While the tech team is in there, could they make all the fieldsets enable/disable, so we can show/hide not just the Tax Information field, but also the Additional Info field, "List size" field, or hide Phone field. It'll really tidy things up, and look simple and clean to affiliates. Thx!
