Admin override to scheduling/rescheduling

I recently had the need to reschedule an event scheduled by a scheduling link due to an emergency by me (my computer exploded) and I had to reschedule it for the same day in the afternoon. The problem was that I had to obey the same scheduling link limit rules that my contacts do.
I have a rule that says "don't schedule with less than 1 day notice" because I don't want to be surprised by someone booking an unexpected meeting with me. But when I'm the one picking the time, I know whether the particular time works for me or not - I shouldn't have to follow the rules I set up for my contacts.
In order to reschedule the event, I had to edit the scheduling link and change the minimum scheduling notice setting AND the working hours setting, reschedule the event, then change them back.
It would be way more beneficial if I didn't have to follow those scheduling link rules.

The admin should be able to overide anything. Another instance came up today not worth another feature as it is an admin overide item but wanted to document here for the redo. I have purchase based restrictions where a user has to have purchased a consult product before being able to buy a cheaper subscription backed secondary product of a paid consult. IE have a subscription get cheaper rate. But because there is a purchase restriction, I could not even book a meeting on behalf of a cleint because I as admin wasn't marked as having purchased the product. So good on the system for flagging, but there was no overide as admin, I had to go fake a product purchase for my admin account to even book a meeting.
